The façade grant program has been Main Street’s core program since 2011. To date we have awarded 22 grants totaling over $27K in return over $1 Million has been privately invested in downtown buildings.
The purpose of the façade grant program is to promote quality façade improvements that preserve Pinedale’s historic character and improve the attractiveness of downtown. The grant programs are offered to assist in off‐setting the costs of quality design and incorporating or preserving historic character. In addition the program improves the overall attractiveness of the business corridor one building at time and benefits the property owner through improved curb appeal.
Grants are available to property owners in the Town of Pinedale that are zoned commercial. The grant is available for exterior building improvements only. This includes anything on the exterior that is attached or a part of the building; paint, trim, new siding, windows, awnings, signage, roof, foundations.
Past Recipients include: Log Cabin Motel, Pine Creek Floral, Rivera Lodge, Fandek Saddles & Stirrups, Wind River Brewing Company, Pinedale Fine Arts Council, Cowboy Bar, Corral Bar, Rebel Auto Parts, Town of Pinedale, Tire Store, Cozy Décor, Isabel Jewelry Building, Pine Creek Motel, Northwind LLC Building, 231 W Pine Street, 44 N Tyler, 42 N Franklin, Green River Valley Program, and Gannett Peak Lodge, 14 N Franklin.
